My name is Cristina González, and I’m the owner of Camellias, located in downtown Holyoke at 116 High Street. Camellias is and Latina-owned restaurant focused on serving fresh, high-quality food with bold flavors rooted in our culture. We also offer organic espresso coffees, blending the best with a modern, health-conscious twist.

Welcome to Camellias! Our head chefs, Francisco Sánchez (Javi) & Carly Laquerre , are dedicated to crafting delicious meals. With a passion for fresh ingredients and a knack for flavor, Chefs Javi & Carly create a cozy menu featuring everything from artisanal sandwiches to mouthwatering pastries.
